WATER PUDDLE METHOD IN A WATER TREATMENT TANK IN LECLERCVILLE, QUEBEC

During the summer of 2012, the city of Leclercville’s storm drain network was rebuild by Allen General Contractor. Groupe Alphard were mandated to verify the integrity of the bituminous geombrane (BGM) installed in the network’s retention pond. The water puddle method was used to identify any small defects in the exposed geomembrane.
