VALIDATION OF A WATER PUDDLE AND DIPOLE RETENTION BASIN IN QUÉBEC, CANADA

Inter-Cité Construction Ltd has obtained the mandate to build the “rue des canoes” in Québec City. A retention basin was part of the mandate, including the water puddle test on the exposed geomembrane as well as the dipole test on the drainage and protection layer. The basin’s area was 2,100 m².
