80,000 SQM OF WATER PUDDLE AND 60,000 SQM OF DIPOLE ON A CONTAMINATED SOIL CELL REHABILITATION AT SIGNATERRE ENVIRONNEMENT INC, MASCOUCHE, CANADA

Following a cell collapse in 2012, Signaterre Environnement Inc. (having taken ownership of the site from Ecolosol in 2014) were required to rehabilitate the site before beginning any new developments. The cell was identified as non-compliant following the collapse and had to be entirely emptied and replaced with two new cells. In 2016, Quebec’s Environment Ministry confirmed that the site was now compliant with Quebec regulations regarding the confinement of contaminated soils.
